The Glenview Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that focuses on connecting the business community with other businesses and potential customers as well as providing community events to Glenview residents. Our status as a 501(c)(6) makes our membership dues tax deductible for our members. By uniting businesses and residents, chambers foster a vibrant local atmosphere, promote tourism, events, and a strong sense of community pride and connection.
While the Glenview Chamber of Commerce does collaborate with the Village of Glenview, the chamber is not a part of the Village of Glenview. The chamber does not receive tax dollars from Glenview as part of the Village’s budget.
The Glenview Chamber of Commerce does a variety of things to help the business community and Glenview residents. The chamber hosts several networking events for businesses, publishes the yearly community guide that is sent to every home in Glenview, creates connections between businesses, and plans several community events throughout the year. Glenview Chamber serves as the voice of the business community, influencing government, shaping regulations, and supporting initiatives that foster a positive economic climate. For new and existing businesses, we provide resources, training, mentoring, and access to capital for startups.
The Glenview Chamber of Commerce uses media to share positive news, promote our members, and share our chamber networking and community events.Â
We welcome engagement, questions, and conversations that support our mission to promote, connect, and advocate for Glenview business. To maintain a respectful and productive online environment, we ask that all comments remain courteous, professional, and on topic.

Posts containing spam, political campaigning, personal attacks, or misinformation may also be removed. Repeat violations may result in being blocked from the page.Â
Our goal is to keep the Chamber media space positive, informative, and focused on celebrating our members and our community.Â

Membership is based on number of employees. To apply for membership, select "Join Chamber" from the menu or email info@glenviewchamber.com
Dues and fees can be paid by either requesting an invoice to info@glenviewchamber.com or via our square site.Â
Sponsorship is a great way to gain exposure and support the local community. We offer sponsorship opportunities for both big events like the Summer Fest, Chamber Golf Outing, Leadership Glenview, Holiday in the Park & Parade, as well as smaller, monthly events like Women’s Networking Luncheon, Young Professionals Group, and Business After Hours. Yes! We welcome businesses from all over the area who want to expand their customer base into Glenview. Many of our services are beneficial even if your business isn't located in Glenview.Â
While we would love for all of our members to take part in in networking opportunities, we understand that sometimes life gets busy. A membership with the Glenview Chamber offers more than just in-person networking opportunities. Businesses are welcome to sponsor or host events, advertise in our Friday Eblasts, and maintain an online presence with their chamber listing. We strive to meet each business where they're at and offer solutions to maximize your benefits.Â

The Board of Directors and Chamber Staff have two distinct roles. The Board acts as overseers of the policies and procedures and helps guide the chamber’s initiatives for the year. The Chamber Staff is responsible for the day to day operations and execution of events that align with the broader goals of the Board.
