The 2024 Board of Directors for the Glenview Chamber of Commerce will begin their term of office on January 10, 2024.  Meghan Kearney, Executive Director, will install the new officers and Board members at a ceremony at Valley Lo Club, Glenview on January 10, 2024. Thanks to Busey Bank for sponsoring this event.

The 2024 Executive Board will continue their term through 2026.  It consists of: President –  Craig Solomon of Wesley Child Care Center, Michael Moylan of Wintrust Community Banks, as Immediate Past President, Vice President – Laurie Jensen of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute,  Treasurer- Robert Rounsfull of Rounsfull Financial Group.

New Chamber Board President, Craig Solomon, is the Executive Director of Wesley Child Care Center. Wesley Child Care Center is a non-profit, non-sectarian child care serving the Glenview community since 1972. Craig holds a BA in Elementary Education and Psychology from National-Louis University. Craig brings over three decades of relevant experience from both the public and private sectors of education. He previously held a senior level administrative/management position with the Chicago Public Schools and was also Senior Vice-President of a private consulting firm specializing in the education sector. Craig first began his career with Wesley Child Care in 1991 working in the school-age programs and rejoined Wesley Child Care in April of 2013 as Executive Director to serve Wesley families and the community.  Craig is active on various community committees/boards within the non-profit, childcare, civic and healthcare arenas in Glenview and Chicago.  

The new Directors being installed are:

April Doremus of Blended Health & Smoothie Bar, Katie Galbas of Glenview Bank & Trust, Maria Knecht of Endeavor Glenbrook Hospital  and Roger Uy of Glenview Park District

They are joining the current board members:

Jerry Doetsch of The Doetsch Team, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Cynthia Funai of CKF Acupuncture, Aaron Share, of Compass, Lynne Rine of Weiss Ace Hardware
